Long live the sites and search aggregators that let us do direct search queries on them. AI merits research, and we can expect some MODEST improvements coming from it in the years to come -but at the present time, itās just SLOP. Google, Meta, and Microsoft are just perpetrating a tech con. Forcing incorrect AI search results is an attempt to gaslight you into believing the tech is presently extremely useful. Itās a con promoted by them out of plain+simple greed.
They want to have an AI tab and you can choose that? Fine! I have to waste time always scrolling past incorrect answers?? Fok demā!
Tech tip: just found out you can mod your browser search settings to use thisā¦

That is insane. I really would have thought it was real. And actually kind of better than the original because I wasnāt a huge fan of that exact song. I love Nirvana just never liked some of their songs and the way people didnāt even listen to the lyrics when they came out. My older brother Ann me would would always argue about music. I was more of a punk rocker but also loved oldies which at the time was 50ās to early 60ās rock. Old man rant over!

If you will indulge me with a funny anecdote that this reminds of, with regards to Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs. There was an episode of The Monkees where they had a battle of the bands contest (and for the life of me: I canāt find it online!) They have along with the Monkees a number of groups emulating rock bands of the day: a group that looks like The Stones, etc. Also in the contest was Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs (an actual guest appearanceā¦) At the end, when it is time to announce the winner (and of course the Monkees are hopeful after playing their well produced videoā¦), the announcer says: āLester Flatt and Earl Scruggs!ā
A bunch of teeny boppers storm Lester and Earl, to tear off their clothes -hilarious!
