We could see this one coming a mile away, that Blanche would not show up with the unredacted documents! The only way this court case will matter at this point is if the judge appoints an independent PROSECUTOR to confront DOJ with the means of non-federal law enforcement -something never attempted before in the history of the US! If this judge does not do that, this will be yet another feckless demonstration of “We’ll shame them!”

Michael Popaf at LegalAF (youtube) said on one of his shows that a federal judge CAN appoint an independent criminal prosecutor if s/he feels the DOJ is conflicted-out on a case.
Popak has a substaxk, so I could suggest you do a search there to get the chapter and verse of criminal code. He said “independent prosecutor”, so evidently that suggests autonomy from the DOJ…
