I have no delusions; anarchos were also on occasion hurling cinder block. But the use of flash bangs thrown from unmarked cars by Feds/ICE was a tactic to make a later self-fulfilling case in court that things were out of control. But the Feds had a big hand in making things out of control. I hope lawyers make sure to get on record that such actions were taken to later mislead both the public and the courtsā¦

If the Supreme Court fucks around with this or the tariff decision, States need to exit the US pronto and form trade alliances with Mexico or Canada. These decisions will decide if the country is to be relegated to being a banana republic if the conservatives on the Supreme Court contravene them.
And we also have as yet to see what the Court will do about make-it-up-as-you-go-along redistricting.
