“No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued….”
Now let’s see what the Dems do about it.
Not that I am looking to the Dems for salvation; I’m looking to an alliance of Independents that Sanders could form a committee for, to make sure they remain focused on working class and anti-pollution issues (if he continues to shy away from doing so, let the Three Penny Opera continue!)
It has a provision for easier access to silencers; I guess Congress wants to help out those seeking a Mangione Solution to the problem of co-option of the political system by the Billionaire Boys Club?
They had a bunch of MAGA-named budget provisions renamed to Trump ones.
It appears a civil war between Trump and MAGA is here; the Repubs are bagging any credit to MAGAs.
[Meidas overlooked the hypocrisy of the silencer bill; how the Repubs were so outspoken against Mangione, but here they are endorsing the widespread use of a tool he had used…]
It indicates that he’s not even bothering anymore to even pretend that he has their interests in mind. “You trusted me -suckers!”
The Dems think they are going to get those votes at the midterms -conceivably, if they put improvements for workers on the table; otherwise, no. They will sit the midterms out. The corporate Dems can prove me wrong…
