Whats the status of Cenk’s legal challenge? I know the secretary of state in california rejected his registration document in california.
At the end of the following link he updates the legal challenge in New Hampshire.
I believe that Cenk’s legal argument that naturalized immigrants can become President is compelling. However, I was curious if the lawsuits don’t work out in his favor, whether any pledged delegates that he wins in the primaries could switch their support to another progressive?
