Let’s say for argument that Cenk is planning to raise funds for the legal case and is waiting until after the election because he doesn’t want to divert media attention away from democrats running for office. After January 20th If he isn’t fundraising by February 1st it only gives validity to my suspicions.
The court has already ruled on whether Cenk or anyone in Cenk’s background can be a candidate. There’s no reason to run anyone else until the a legal victory can be achieved.
