Well, in all honesty, the question asking why Cenk isn’t fundraising is a new one. Karaeastman said she was the campaign manager and she responded to my earlier question. I feel it is my duty to use my first amendment right responsibly. Now I have more questions and I’m asking them. People are throwing rocks at me which makes me feel I’m doing something right. I’m asking uncomfortable questions and trying to hold Cenk accountable. If you don’t want to be held accountable, you don’t deserve to be in public office.
He’s no longer running for public office. You are doing a circular argument again. When he dropped out that was it. And your questions have been answered. You have no reason to at this point to cut anyone down other than some strange obsession. I find this odd at best.

I guess I just don’t understand what your question or motivation is. Please explain because everything you previously asked for has been answered by the professionals. as has been mentioned by the super intelligent member above so please explain in a different way perhaps to get your point across.

I know you don’t want me questioning king and country but that’s what free speech is all about. I’m not going to stop because I’m a grown ass man. When I have a concern I speak and nobody is going to stop me doing that. I’m not explaining myself anymore. Your efforts to stop me will not work.
The reason he is not fundraising anymore is because he dropped out/paused his campaign. He can’t raise money for a campaign that is basically done.

I didn’t realize it was a new question, I apologize. I’m not trying to throw rocks or anything, my intention is to help you get better answers. It just seems that you are really upset and concerned about this and perhaps feel you are not receiving the respect you deserve, which is why I suggested trying something new. I hope you do get all of the answers you are looking for, I just know I don’t have them. I apologize if you have already said this, have you tried calling or emailing. Maybe it would help to write in an email exactly what your concerns are.

Honestly, I don’t care who or what you question. And I have no King. I disagree with people all of the time, but it doesn’t mean I don’t respect them. I am glad you are a grown-ass man, and I am not trying to stop your manliness or efforts. I’m just suggesting that if you are not getting the answers you seek, perhaps there’s a different approach that will work better for you. Good luck.

I have no interest in interacting with someone that mindlessly slanders people for no apparent reason. Seems like more than a few people have tried to talk to you but you’re just rude and don’t seem to know which platform you’re on. For someone that seems to enjoy degrading other people you seem to have really thin skin but there’s nothing unusual about that.

If you paid attention to this conversation you’d know that question was not about the campaign, it was about the legal case.
I don’t think anyone including myself is mad. That may be self projection but it is a little embarrassing to see someone slander nonstop without even having an established reason to do so.

The legal case is tied to the campaign. They can continue the legal case with the money they have on hand but I do not think they can raise more money since he suspended it. And I think the only reason the legal case can continue is because it started before he suspended his campaign. He could probably also drop the current legal cases and maybe start another PAC that would start all the legal proceedings over. And I think they would then need to go to every state again (just like Wolf-PAC)

The case continues even after the campaign. All they need to do is file an appeal.

And it takes money to file those appeals. And since his campaign is SUSPENDED they can not raise more.

You’re wrong. Cenk can start a fund raising campaign to fund the legal case if he wants to. The case argued Cenk was constitutionally eligible to be president. When the constitution is the subject of a legal case the court can decide to hear appeals even when the campaign is over in order to clarify the constitution’s meaning. It’s not “tied to the campaign”.
And I have given my theory on why he has not started ANOTHER PAC to do this. I know I am more worried about IF we are going to have an actual “Democratic Republic” or Russia 1.5 after the election next week and then there is also Cenk being worried about just keeping TYT going so we have a place like these forums to have these convos/debates. So, I’m done with this and hope that you can move on as well

this whole thread could have been solved with a $100 donation to get a phone call from Cenk. of course, i doubt he would have wasted months trying to convince one guy that he did his best and cut his loses when it was obvious that we couldn’t collectively donate enough to keep the campaign going, the legal bills paid, and our memberships to TYT current. Not to mention if anyone needed to use their money to donate to a third party candidate. (Dr. Cornel West) while also trying to keep up with the cost of living. I tip my hat to all the people here who practice logic and fact based argument building flawlessly. I’m proud to be part of the TYT community and to be able to think of you all as family. To the broken person, who hurt you? I understand trust in other people is hard, I get it. As an Independent i don’t trust anyone in politics. You say actions don’t lie, I say facts don’t lie, and when all the facts aren’t known I rely on the power of deductive reasoning or going straight to the source. Which I and others already suggested you try. Live, love, and laugh everyone. It’s the best way I’ve found to exist.
