You have to understand something: he is a fucking troll. He wants a reaction from y’all, as he succeeded in getting out of you, Cenk. Rather than a response of outrage. a much better response to a troll is to effectively mock them (as you see being done through Newsom’s media strategy…) That leaves them smarting and NOT demonstrating that they have power over you by having gotten a rise out of you.
Dems: wait for the Repubs to try and add it to the National Register of Historic Places. On this one you should fight to the death over preventing it…
I believe Breaking Points (or was it Bulwark?) pointed out that in order to “save” construction of the “arch”, they label it as a “military viewing platform”, since the Supreme Court has improperly granted leeway for “national security” matters with regards to the lunatic ballroom.
OK, humor me, Trumpkins: how will an arch’s platform provide “national security”?? Just because you slap a label on something as “military” will not deign it as providing security! OR: introducing frivolous functionality to an arch will not indicate it’s for security! (“It has secret ICBM missiles in it that can pop out in a time of war!”)
Let the Trumpkins make their silly arguments! Then when the conservative wing of the Supreme Court is on their asses after the Court is enlarged, saying “Wha’ happened??”, you signing off on frivolous shit will be what happened!
