I suggest we go after surge pricing because it’s increasing. I”m not a lawyer, but it seems to me that it’s nothing more than price gouging made legal, and it shouldn’t be. Another way to fleece the masses.

It’s good that Wendy’s walked back their plans to do this (at least for now) but if this does become more of a thing in more industries it could be devastating. Not sure what we could do to stop it but maybe there are ideas out there!
Legoland is implementing surge pricing.
I guess if you’re big enough, you don’t have to care if people are against it. Enough people will still keep going there, especially if it can fly under the radar (which it didn’t with Wendy’s).
