Hey guys it’s a little late but during the DNC the interview with Jacobin founder Bhaskar Sunkara was great. He made the comment about the party not fully embracing legalization of Cannabis. He didn’t expand on it. I have asked some smarter people than me about this. To the best of my knowledge an executive order would deschedule it, seems like a lay up right? It may have something to do with conflict and confusion among state and federal laws in illegal states. They also want to get a banking bill passed. Now, what is funny is Trump and Harris are both taking the “let’s move it to schedule 3” approach. This is an unusual and interesting thing. Am I in the ballpark? What is holding this up?
