Identifying Progressive Candidates

I’m looking for help in finding information on local candidates.

Is there a progressive site or app that would let me know about candidates and their voting record? Just want to be an informed voter. I hate showing up to vote and not knowing anything about a candidate. I’d be grateful for any resources someone could point me to.

I don’t know of a country wide site or app. Some exist at the state and local level. General information will be put out by the secretary of state and whoever runs your election, mine is the county.

You might want to check out Politiscope. I think it was created specifically for that purpose.
