Impeaching Trump can be initiated by regular folks. The rules of the House of Reps includes such a mechanism, which was once exploited to impeach a federal judge (thus, the media never mentions it). I developed an online tool that makes it easy to generate such an impeachment petition for any federal official. It is available at Impeachforpeace .org/diy. There you can learn more about the history of this method. The more that sign-on, the greater impact we’ll have. I’m only now starting to push this angle, since it would require bipartisan effort, and some of the right wing is now getting upset with Trump’s actions.
