The same legal fraudster who claims the so-called ““Patriot”” Act jives with the Constitution?!
So I take it the deep legal thinking on this is: we won’t agree to call it a “war” -problem solved! Congress can’t claim that he did a “war” without their sanctioning it. An action involving multiple military aircraft and subs was not an act of war.
