I haven’t followed this issue closely, but in case it is of use to TYT editors to be able to say that TYT has at least one member in Grijalva’s district…. presently denied representation by Speaker Johnson’s grossly unethical refusal to swear her in…. then I am such a member.

Yes. I’m just being careful. It’s in the court, it doesn’t mean it’s been adjudicated. Also, I do not spend that much time these days arguing these sorts of points, so I don’t have all my wording down. What I’m guarding against is sinking into the same pit of conceptual sloppiness that the Trump administration is trying to bring to the country.
