I remember being on shareholder calls in 2005-2006 where all this was openly discussed in natural gas exploration. I would suggest they maybe intentionally omitting their complicity. You must attempt to bring a proper frame if they want to be some sort of beacons of truth.
It would be hard to understand this as anything other propaganda or ill informed. Yes the tenor is there but you have lost close to 20 years of active green washing. If your talking rolling back regulations this seems to be about 100 years of missing framing.
