It might be useful, as part of Operation Hope, to keep a list of issues where consumers are not treated fairly (anything from some car insurance aspects, to water utility issues, to electric utilities, to telephones, to internet, etc.). Since Congress created the CFPB, this only corresponds to consumer banking issues, and so is not adequate.
