Minor matter - how to pronounce "Ha-Aretz"

this pronunciation audio on youtube I think is correct:

I do not understand Hebrew, but in case this is of value to TYT hosts, I believe the correct pronunciation is [this is just my stupid attempt to spell it out phonetically, not some official thing]

”Ha - Ah - Retz”

It is (I think) in a sense two words, since “Ha” means “the”. Apparently Ha-Aretz means something like “The Land”
