I propose a call for a constitutional convention to discuss the Radical Republican Reds taking Texas and Florida and Alabama and the USA giving statehood to PR, DC, and the Virgin Islands. We all keep our flag, we keep the red white and blue, they keep their confederate flag. And we avoid going into the climate catastrophe like barbarians.
