So where’s a Dem bill to limit pardons to about 1,000 per term? (which would approximate precedent prior to Biden…) Not having a bill to pass at the ready for such an obvious design flaw is almost as big an embarrassment as Trump abusing the privilege.
So if Project 2026 is a success and Trump gets impeached, we are supposed to hope that this won’t be abused by Vance??

It’s this simple: prior to first-term Trump, pardons were never in excess of 1,000 per term. Just do that! Needs to get passed with a Dem supermajority (which I am sure we won’t get because they are betrothen to AIPAC and corporate monopolies…)
