does not reflect all of the payments I’ve made to tyt.com. When I corresponded with someone at tyt support a few months ago about this, it sounded like it was functioning as designed. I’d like to request a design change so that that when I make a payment for a membership that this payment shows up on this payment history.
Hi, I’d like to get a response to this, if possible, whether public or private. Why does TYT not want to ask this basic improvement from its staff programmers? It is not asking too much. Basically, it is asking them to do their job, no?
When I look at my payment history on tyt.com it shows I have made a contribution of $25, as my grand total. This is not accurate.
In my case, what I believe is happening is that I often cancel my memberships (not just at tyt but at many places) when the option of trying to turn off automatic renewal requires that the membership show up as cancelled. So, this may be why the payment history does not show up as my having made any payments. But, to the best of my knowledge, in those cases, I am not getting a refund, I am just getting the automatic renewal turned off.
