OANN is not just limited to cable. It also broadcasts over the air, which should put it under the purview of the FCC. Now that Pai is gone, they will soon have enough Dems to revoke OANN’s broadcast license. FreePress used to have a detailed PDF about how activists can challenge licenses when they come up for renewal, but I can’t find it. (I plan to search the WayBack Machine later to see if someone archived a copy.) The FCC still has a complaint form, which can’t hurt. I found an archived copy of the PDF. Keep in mind the information here is about 17 years old, so some things might be out of date. However, the guidelines on reporting FCC violations are on pages 34-35 (36th and 37th pages of the document).
