Not everyone who supports MAGA is a racist, no matter how loudly some want to scream it from their Twitter echo chambers. A lot of people were drawn to Trump because they felt completely ignored by the political establishment on both sides. These are people watching their jobs disappear, their communities crumble, and their concerns laughed off by coastal elites who think “working class” is just a Netflix documentary genre. Sure, there are some loud, ugly elements in the MAGA base, but pretending that everyone wearing a red hat is a white supremacist is not only wrong, it’s politically lazy. Maybe if Democrats spent half as much time listening to working people as they do policing speech and handing out identity checklists, they wouldn’t be losing them in the first place.Let’s be real the Democrats have mastered the art of doing nothing while making it look like a moral victory. They talk a big game about justice, equity, and fighting for the little guy, but when push comes to shove, they fold faster than a lawn chair in a hurricane. They had control of the White House, the Senate, and the House, and somehow still couldn’t deliver on basic promises like universal healthcare, student debt relief, or meaningful labor protections. It’s like they’re more afraid of offending the donor class and suburban wine moms than actually solving problems. They’d rather virtue signal on cable news than take any political risk that might actually help the people they claim to represent. No wonder voters are tuning them out.
