I was literally thinking that this morning. There’s too much to keep up with, it’s wearing me out. My advice is take a step back and do something you enjoy doing. Give yourself permission to relax for a few hours.
We are not phones, we don’t keep working while we recharge. The election is 4 months away, give yourself a day. come back fresh.
