It’s taken me several hours of meditation and self-healing on the story I heard during TDR this morning. I won’t be listening to the real news anymore and have to heal for a while. The story about Amber, beautiful young mother, and a lot of loss in my life really just crushed my soul. I know Cenk and Ana need to give us the real news, but sometimes it’s too much for me. I truly love TYT and the community, but after today, I’m going to distance myself from news and the horrible reality of this country. I’ll remain a producer level member with pride, because I know you are the best, but for my mental health and prepping for the Peace Corps, I will not listen to the news for a while.
