Trump and Pete Hegseth are war criminals. All personal in the ‘Kill Chain” are also culpable. There is no excuse to target a hospital and elementary school as primary targets. How did this happen? Usually , in a military that knows rules and boundaries supplied by the Geneva Convention in 1949 with the update in 1977, use the rules of war manual based on the Constitution. You just can’t arbitrarily go out and kill civilians. Each target must be vetted by intelligence and that intelligence needs to be updated if applicable. That intelligence goes through Central Command and targets are distributed according to the strike package. Either the destroyer firing those Tomohawks had faulty intelligence and fired anyway or an AI program took over with no regard for real intelligence. Pete Hegseth struts around stating that we are dispensing of all rules and regulations to obtain maximum “LETHALITY “. The results are over 175 dead in a school and hospital that were double tapped with disastrous results. We can conclude that 1] proper vetting wasn’t done, 2] those in command knew it was a school and fired anyway constituting war crimes,3] vetting was taken off the table and AI considered the school a threat seeing people non-identified running into the school to save children,4] the command was illegal , yet no personnel objected to an unlawful command. In essence , we had in the past qualified people that could make these determinations but are now long gone . Our military is a cruel embarrassment and with all the money thrown at it needs to stop, self-evaluate , make corrections and only use itself as a defense mechanism to protect the homeland and nowhere else.
