Trump Admin Says Man's BRUTAL Deportation Was An 'Error'

Turks segment:

“They said they can’t have the non-gang member prisoner returned [from the El Salvador prison for gang members]”

Utter nonsense; if they threatened to suspend diplomatic relations until they are returned, you think they still wouldn’t return them? Even if I were to believe them, couldn’t they have said: “Well so far we tried A, B, and C with the government, to get them out of that dangerous prison…”??

They just can’t be bothered; they think life has no value, only money does. They are showing their true colors: they’re a bunch of lying pigfuckers who have no understanding whatsoever of what it means to be human. There is only one belief system for them: the blackhole of capital accumulation for themselves; accumulating money for its own sake…

Looks like Bunker Boy wants to have a test of court orders.

Superb logic: WE fucked up; so you run it down judge.

STATES: stand up to this; start having discussions on holding referendums to exit if such disregard for law and human life is going to be vicariously exercised…

Update:

I only speak for myself…but to salvage my own mental and physical health I’ve stopped caring what the Trump admin does. I just can’t do it anymore. It’s too distressing. Now I use the news headlines for entertainment and watch financial news to find new investments. It’s the only way for me to stay sane.

A Roberts decision; you better believe they moved the one(s) that aren’t gang to a safer holding area! If they were to die or get permanently injured before getting to court, Roberts and Team Evil would have a hell of a lot to answer for…

Unless he now wants to defy the Supreme Court, the final word on this…

But there still is the issue of the non-gang members in that prison, which the administration brazenly lies that they cannot get them returned (or so much as just out of that prison!) Maybe they had a right to deport in a few instances (not with the guy who had work papers…), but not to a clearly life endangering situation. That would be like allowing border guards to shoot to kill. I know Steven Miller would think that’s a great idea, but he needs to read up on what had happened at the East German border in the 1960s.

Supreme Court says Trump officials should help return wrongly deported Maryland man (link…)

Last step; let’s see if the DOJ fights that. They’re welcome to; <sarcasm>it will go over great with all the Repubs, an administration objecting to a conservative court made by them…</sarcasm>

This is like when you shoo a cat away from doing something wrong, and they hold their head up and walk away begrudgingly, as if to say: “I’ll leave from here when I’m good and ready…”

The End…

Sack of Shit Liar -what else is new?!

So I take it him dissing a Supreme Court with a conservative MAJORITY, a court you picked, is fine with you Repubs…

NOT gonna work, because of the use of the word “return”

If they omitted “return”, the administration could have simply pushed for his release in El Salvador, or they coud have then jetted him over to Venezuela. [Keep in mind: this guy had the paperwork to be here!] The Supreme Court is not going to buy at all that they tried, considering the asymmetric trade power, for example, the US has with El Salvador. Has a threat been made to close the embassy there if El Salvador does not assist with compliance? What threat of sanctions to El Salvador for not assisting with his release?? It’s completely facetious.

Roberts’ court is the one getting cucked here; NOT the district court.

One possibility is The Consummate Narcissist will want to try and use Bukele’s visit today to spin a repatriation at some photo op as some tremendous act of magnanimity on his part (when in point of fact he has been FORCED to do so!) If that is not announced today, this is a clear finger to the “supremacy” of the “Supreme” Court.

I want the States to seek an exit if the Supreme Court APPOINTED BY THE REPUBS themselves is going to be blown off.

There’s no point to this Constitutional sham anymore…

Bukele’s statement is nonsense: “…smuggle him into the US…” -HE HAD THE PAPERS TO BE HERE!

If the Court AND Congress are going to roll over on this and allow themselves to get dissed, time for some States to EXIT!! It’s a plain and simple troll…

Puh-lease! The trollmaster totally knew that was going out.

So Roberts: you happy with that?
Of course you are!

“Uhh…it’s not my fault! Congress should do something!!”
Please go fuck yerself.

SOME States; please open negotiations with Canada and Mexico to exit the clown show and join up with them…

Attention-whore alert!

“Now everybody is talking about ME!!”

States: exit. You want to stay under him by decisive inaction? Enjoy!

Zen koan: “Sometimes inaction is the highest form of action.”

A Turks Email just now labels this issue as “a distraction” from the tax budget they just passed that favors plutocrats. I beg to disagree; this deportation is brazen lawlessness, plain and simple (not to say that the other issue doesn’t also deserve our attention…)

I see a lot of news articles now in the current news cycle admonishing what the Supreme Court must do.

What they have to do is instruct Congress what needs to be done in legislative code to remove any loopholes.

In the meantime…

they have to provide advice to lower courts on what remedies they can exercise on an interim basis to rein in any lawlessness on the part of the executive branch, until such legislative code has a chance to get drafted and passed. To not do so is to send the message that they have no care about the continued viability of the country.

I’m no lawyer, but that is the way I always saw the Court act when I was growing up…

Well played: go big or go home!

The court could have found for civil contempt. This would have resulted in a fine -what would that have meant to the Trumpers?! By doing this, it forces Bondi to say she is down with lawlessness (because she’ll never enforce it; nor will she even have the baseline of ethics to RESIGN, as the lawyers had once threatened in the Saturday Night Massacre -link…) It calls out to history what Bunker Boy and Miller are: criminals.

The BRAZEN lying about all the deportees being MS-13 is straight out of Goebbels’ playboook. “Who ya gonna believe? Us, or some courts?!” So those guys are thrown into a very dangerous situation, and Kalil himself, we knew he had standing to remain given that he had work papers.

It forces the Supreme Court into a difficult spot. The conservatives on the court (and Thomas’ wife) were probably hoping for civil contempt.

Let’s see where this goes! Showtime!

GOVERNORS: please open discussions on some next steps involving referendums…
