Guys: this could be a clever ruse to dampen an impeachment, since his supporters know an Article 25 has a snowball’s chance in hell of passing since it requires the cooperation of the cabinet. He stocked this term’s cabinet with ideologues.
So it’s a stalling tactic to prevent a serious bipartisan impeachment effort, which now has a chance of getting done before the midterms. These guys probably just want to sabotage any effort to take him out.
As I said on another thread: an Article 25 would require the demonstration of permanent damage (probably affecting his ability to communicate…); these extemporaneous verbal confabulations he does are insufficient to insure his being classified as incapacitated. His cabinet would fight any such claims, and Alex Jones et.al. completely know this!
