About $350K. We need a candidate to run in order to “hand the baton off”. In the meantime, we are working on other strategies to build the case. We got further than any other candidate without much publicity for it which is a shame.
This case isn’t very expensive. Its a basic legal argument. Isn’t Cenk a lawyer? If not, will none of the many lawyers Cenk knows take this case?If they won it would be a landmark win The attorney arguing the case would he lauded with glory and money. No lawyer would want to pass that up.
Have you filed an appeal with the appropriate appeals court?
Why not take the current case to the court of appeals? This case is purely a legal argument so there isn’t that much overhead. If was an actual case to be made there would be no shortage of lawyers wanting to make headlines for themselves even if they took the case pro bono.

Sorry but it doesn’t really feel like Cenk wants to go any farther. If he did he’d be asking for donations left and right. I’m not stupid.

@sciguy24 For certain I think this is over. You see it as somehow you were misled even after you have received the answers to your questions. You will not be happy at all at or at any level of explanations which seems strange to anyone else that understands what happened. Your responses for the most show that you have no genuine interest in what you are asking about. You’re literally just have been acting like a dick.
If Cenk’s intention was to continue the legal case after his campaign ended, and if the case ended due to lack of funds, why hasn’t he publicly asked for donations to support the legal case?
Back on July 21 you said you would leave this forum so why are you still here?
Because he been too busy asking for funds to keep TYT up and running and not having to get a crapload of Corp Sponsors. I think the one’s that he has gotten are good but also that he hates having to get them
If he wanted to pursue the legal case he would be actively fundraising. Actions tell the truth.

I’m sure you are. A lot of people waist time on useless pursuits but what are you getting at? You’ve been given all the answers to your questions. Why not be more productive and contact Cenk directly if you feel so insecure about your own personal beliefs instead of making yourself appear to be a complete jackass. And to @sciguy24 , I think right now that Cenk and TYT are more concerned with the possibility of having to live in a FALSE Democracy with a Fascist in charge like in Russia. I mean IF tRump is elected then Naturalized Citizens being able to run for President will be the least of our problems
I stand by my question. If it is Cenk’s intention to pursue the legal case, why is he not doing a fund raising campaign to keep it going? This is a legitimate question and I make no apologies about it.
With all due respect, if your question hasn’t been adequately answered in seven months, maybe you have to change your approach. Perhaps you need to reframe the question? Maybe look into why you are not accepting the answers you are receiving? Could it be that you won’t find the answers here? It seems like you keep walking into a brick wall and wondering why it refuses to move. Walk around the wall. My guess is he’s not fundraising for the campaign because he’s done what he can with the campaign for now and has to move on to focusing on the TYT network itself. Perhaps you should take that advice.
